・To ensure your order is delivered without issue, please be sure to provide your check-in and check-out dates in the “Order special instructions” section of the cart page (e.g., Check-in: August 16, Check-out: August 24).

・When placing your order, please be sure to enter the address of your accommodation in the “Shipping Address” field.

・If you would like your order delivered to your next accommodation while traveling within Japan, please be sure to provide the check-in date in the “Order special instructions” section (e.g., Check-in: August 26).

・This service is not available if the front desk cannot hold packages, if there are no staff on site, or if the hotel does not offer a package-holding service.

 

 

For Customers Requesting International Shipping

Our website generally ships within Japan only, and international orders cannot be placed directly. However, overseas shipping is available upon request. If you would like to use this service, please be sure to contact us in advance.

※ If you request overseas shipping, please note that shipping fees will vary depending on the destination country. In addition, any applicable taxes or duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
